For cold use: place the cap in the refrigerator or freezer according to the product instructions. Remove it once cooled, gently place it over your head and relax.

For warm use: warm the cap according to the manufacturer’s heating instructions. Always check the temperature before placing it on your skin, then wear it comfortably while resting or relaxing.

Yes. You can request a return within 14 days after your order is delivered. Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging. Return shipping is free and we’ll provide a return label.
